According to recent renderings that has surfaced on the internet, the device is expected to debut as Nokia D1C. It is rumored to feature a Full HD 1080p display along with an octa-core 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset, 3GB of RAM, and an Adreno 505 GPU. It is also to come with 32GB of storage, a 13MP rear-facing camera, and a 8MP front-facing camera. The leaked renders suggest that the Nokia D1C is expected to come with Android 7.0 Nougat. The Nokia D1C will be available in Black, White, and Gold colour options. However, according to reports, only the Gold variant will come with a fingerprint sensor. Further, the Black and White variants of the Nokia D1C will come with a metal frame and polycarbonate back cover as opposed to the Gold variant’s all-metal unibody build. The Nokia D1C device will be official anytime in 2017.
